Breakfast is a meal that all of us should eat.
It helps to make us strong, from our head down to our feet.
Don't use those old excuses: on a diet, no time, and others.
Because when you make time for a small, little bite,
You'll find the result a big thing to discover.
You'll find that you get one-fourth to one-third
Of the nutrients and calories that your body deserves.
A well-balanced breakfast should always contain
Things from the fruit, milk and bread groups, and for that there's no blame.
Because if you eat these, you'll grow strong and not weak,
And during the day, you won't fall fast asleep
Now that you know what a good breakfast provides,
You should always remember that by these rules you abide.
